Independence Day Event Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements of Independence Day celebrations on 14th August 2026. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on item rate basis as per MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026. Eligible engineering firms, contractors and manufacturers registered with PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% issued by the Bank of Punjab. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 02:00 PM and opened at 02:30 PM on the same day. Successful bidder shall execute the agreement within seven days after issuance of the acceptance letter. Pro Tip: This procurement includes event arrangements, public event management, ceremonial infrastructure, temporary installations, celebration arrangements, event logistics and municipal event support services for Independence Day activities.
