Solid Waste Machinery Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery including front end loader and back hoe, 1-1.5 cubic meter mini tippers, and tractor trolleys. The chassis will be supplied by the procuring entity. E-bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope method comprising technical and financial proposals. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later after evaluation. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR is required. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery and the successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Applicable Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes and stamp duties shall apply. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted and purchase order is subject to release of funds.
