Sanitation Beautification And Additional Rooms Construction Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including sanitation schemes, beautification works and construction of additional rooms in hospitals and schools at UC Panam Dheri, Chagharmatti, Jogani, Kaniza, UC Kafoor Dheri, Mathra, Shahi Bala and Garhi Sherdad. Re-tenders are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Contractors registered with PEC, Local Council Board, KPPRA, C&W Department and active with FBR are eligible. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and in sealed hard copy. Technical proposals will be evaluated first while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Bid security of 2% and additional security where applicable shall be submitted in the form of call deposit. Scope of work may increase or decrease according to site requirements and work order shall be issued subject to availability of funds.
