Framework Procurement Of Printing Material Shields Souvenirs Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for printing materials, shields, souvenirs, newsletter printing, annual report printing and other communication and promotional materials under multiple lots for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities are eligible. Online bids shall be submitted by 02:00 PM and opened at 02:30 PM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain 120 days and taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
