Independence Day 12 Rabi Ul Awwal Event Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements of Independence Day celebrations on 14 August 2026 and 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal events through EPADS on percentage or item rate basis according to MRS 2nd Biannual 2026. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules. Contractors shall submit bids electronically by 10:00 AM and bids shall be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day. Contractors quoting more than 5% below the estimated cost shall furnish additional performance security within fifteen days. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete or overwritten bids shall be rejected. Successful contractors shall execute the agreement on the prescribed stamp paper before issuance of work order and shall conduct all required quality control tests at their own expense.
