Line Communication Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of line communication equipment including 12 core single mode optical fiber cable G.652D CLT 8mm - 6 core single mode optical fiber cable G.652D CLT 8mm - microwave links for 5 km and 40 km - IP phones - IP phone exchange - master sets - core switches - Power over Ethernet switches - 120 ft microwave towers - power distribution units - rack boxes - SFP modules 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps - SC to SC optical fiber patch cords - optical distribution frames - media converters - surge protection breakers - Cat-6 cable - iron poles - extension leads - optical fiber sleeves - alcohol pads - PVC pipes - optical fiber joint boxes - steel nails - screws - drill bits and wall anchors for Financial Year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS using the Least Cost Based Selection technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Manual or physical bids shall not be accepted. Bidders must register on EPADS before the submission deadline. Bid security shall be furnished in the form specified in the bidding documents and firms shall deposit earnest money equal to 2% for each lot in favor of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Security Fund. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 12-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
