Enterprise Hardware Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of enterprise hardware equipment for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms shall be registered with PPRA e-Procurement and upload technical and financial bids electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR or bank guarantee shall be submitted before the bid closing time. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 12-08-2026 at 09:00 AM and opened on the same day at 09:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Detailed specifications and bidding documents are available free of cost through the PESSI, PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites.
