Annual Framework Coco Peat Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of coco peat for Financial Year 2026-2027 by Horticulture Agency Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated procurement value is PKR 4,537,500 with bid security of PKR 90,750. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 17-08-2026 at 12:00 PM and technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. The successful supplier shall deliver coco peat to the Horticulture Agency Lahore head office in accordance with the purchase order. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by up to 15%.
