Procurement Of Agricultural Supplies Equipment And Vehicle M Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes repair and maintenance of vehicles and agricultural machinery - office stationery - generic consumable materials - agricultural tools and implements - office equipment - office supplies - miscellaneous items - repair of equipment and accessories. Sealed quotations shall be submitted before the prescribed closing time. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted with separate technical and financial evaluation. A bid security equal to three percent of the total offered price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened. Quantities may be increased, reduced or deleted subject to availability of funds and approved rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Unrealistic market rates may be rejected and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under GB PPRA Rules.
