Government Vehicle Motorcycle Spare Parts Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of spare parts and repair of government vehicles and government motorcycles for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed tenders shall be submitted before the prescribed closing time and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Contractors shall possess at least five years of relevant experience supported by documentary evidence. Bid security in the form of bank draft or pay order and payment of non-refundable tender document fee are mandatory. Applicable taxes shall be included in quoted prices. Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete bids shall not be accepted. Market-based rates shall apply to items not listed in the prescribed form. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under GB PPRA Rule 36.
