Road Metalling And Water Supply Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works include metalling of roads in GBA-21 Yasin Sumal covering multiple road sections and provision of water supply works in GBA-20 Ghizer. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes. Interested contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the prescribed category and code, valid up to 31 August 2026, may obtain bidding documents upon written application with required supporting documents including renewal fee receipt, CNIC, No Sick Project Certificate, No Litigation Certificate and CDR from a scheduled bank. Bid security as specified for each package is mandatory. Technical bids shall be submitted to the designated office and opened thirty minutes after bid closing in the presence of authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders shall be opened after evaluation. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under GB PPRA Rules 2022.
