Office Supplies Furniture Vehicles It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes miscellaneous items and utility-related supplies, stationery and Jamabandi related material, repair and maintenance of government vehicles, purchase of furniture and fixtures and purchase of machinery and IT equipment for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed tenders containing technical and financial proposals in one envelope shall be submitted before the prescribed closing time and opened in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Contractors shall bid only for categories in which they possess complete shop, store or workshop facilities and adequate stock in Gilgit City. Bid security in the prescribed refundable amount, treasury challan for tender fee, registration documents, work experience, bank statement, non-blacklisting affidavit, vendor number and other supporting documents are mandatory. Conditional, ambiguous, handwritten rate quotations and incomplete tenders shall be rejected. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under GB PPRA Rules.
