Government Vehicle Transport Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes repair and maintenance of government vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed tenders are invited from registered government contractors, general order suppliers and vehicle workshop owners. Detailed specifications and the list of required works may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner Gupis Yasin during office hours one day before the tender opening. Sealed bids shall be submitted by the prescribed deadline and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A refundable bid security equal to 5% of the quoted amount in the form of a bank draft is mandatory. A non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 4,000 shall be deposited into the government treasury. Bidders must have a vehicle workshop in Gupis and shall provide details of workshops or mechanics located in Gahkuch and Gilgit. The successful contractor shall ensure timely repair and maintenance services throughout the financial year according to budget availability and shall provide services as required by the procuring agency. Failure to perform may result in cancellation of the contract and award to the next responsive bidder. The tender committee's decision shall be final. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
