Description
Providing and applying cement sand plaster and weather shield paint on external boundary walls under a complete package basis. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with the required specialization codes, submit bids through EPADS, upload duly signed documents and submit the physical bid bond before bid submission time. Bid security of 29,000.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM. Bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes cement sand plaster, weather shield paint, exterior wall painting, boundary wall rehabilitation, civil maintenance, protective coating, building renovation and infrastructure maintenance works.
