Description
Maintenance and repair works including maintenance and repair of Government Graduate College Bhalwal, maintenance and repair of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sargodha including tuff paver parking, maintenance and repair of car porch, maintenance of the Office of the Director Architecture Sargodha and annual elevator maintenance contract for Regional Election Commissioner and District Election Commissioner Office Sargodha. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Contractors shall upload bid documents together with scanned call deposit receipt equal to 5% of the estimated cost and submit the original CDR before bid opening. Bidders shall quote item-wise rates in BOQs and furnish a 10% performance guarantee upon award. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category and ME-03 code for elevator maintenance.
