Infrastructure Improvement Beautification Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation works including rehabilitation of community hall, construction of drains, footpaths, culverts, PCC streets with drains, welcome gates, protection works with kerb stones, beautification of bazaars, installation of road guiding and information sign boards, uplift and beautification works, construction of historical monument gates, installation of waiting sheds, improvement of park, construction of children's park and related infrastructure improvements. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders shall upload electronic bids, BOQ and bid documents through EPADS. Rates may be quoted as above, below or at par on the engineer's estimate. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost in favour of the Assistant Director LG&RDD and both electronic and original copies must be submitted through registered mail or courier. Online clarification is available until 17-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM and remain valid for 90 days. Contractors must possess valid PEC and KPRA registration.
