Solarization Of Drinking Water Supply Schemes Tender Notice

Procurement for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar based pumping machinery systems for the construction, rehabilitation and solarization of multiple drinking water supply schemes including DWSS Douday Kallay Qallagai, DWSS Sheikh Baba Safi, DWSS Ali Form House, DWSS Shenwari Safi, DWSS Spenkay Tangay, DWSS Ziarat Kalay Safi, DWSS Gagezai and DWSS Kamalay Halimzai. Bidding shall be conducted through the EPAD single stage two envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM while financial proposals of qualified bidders will be opened later after notification. Financial proposals must include the duly completed BOQ with sales tax bifurcation, call deposit, bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis as required. Solarization works shall comply with the prescribed technical specifications and design parameters. Earnest money shall be 2% of the engineer estimate in the form of call deposit. Only pre-qualified firms and bidders registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority are eligible to participate.
