Hiring Of Sports Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for hiring event management services for implementation and execution of sports events including refreshments, catering services and printing of panaflex banners. Procurement shall be conducted through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under National Competitive Bidding. Eligible firms shall possess at least three years of relevant experience together with valid NTN, GST, KPPRA registration and Active Taxpayer status. Each package shall be quoted separately and accompanied by a bid security of Rs.200,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt.
