Annual Rental Services Municipal Events Pirmahal Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for providing lighting, tents, sound systems, generators, flex printing and refreshment items on a rental basis for Municipal Committee Pirmahal during the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors shall possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category and submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Pirmahal. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through EPADS while original CDR shall be submitted before bid opening. Additional performance security shall apply where applicable under PPRA Rules and Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017.
