Procurement includes Cardiac Surgery Disposables Items - Medicines - Medical Devices - Sutures - Cotton and Related Items - Local Purchase Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Medical Devices Non-Drug Items - Orthopedic Neurosurgery and Maxillofacial Implants - Medical and Non-Medical Biomedical Parts and Accessories - ICU General Consumables - General Surgical Disposables and other Items - Surgical Instruments for all Specialties - Hospital Furniture - IT Equipment for Policy Board Office - Data Center Services - Supply of Firewall and APS with Controller - Conference System - Repair Maintenance and Operationalization of Incinerator Machine - Supply and Installation of New Air Conditioners and Refrigeration Equipment - Hardware Items - Sanitary Items - CSSD Consumables. Bidding shall be conducted through KPPRA EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage One Envelope methods as applicable. Sealed bids shall be uploaded through EPADS by registered firms reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid security ranging from PKR 200,000 to PKR 1,000,000 shall be submitted from the bidder account in favor of the Hospital Director. Non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 is required for each tender. Original CDR or Bank Guarantee and tender fee hard copy must be submitted on or before bid opening. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. False or incomplete information shall result in disqualification. Technical and financial bids shall be opened on the respective opening dates and times in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
