It Hardware Networking Equipment Digitalization Projects Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes laptops, desktop computers, UPS systems, display screens, laser printers, label and thermal printers, laptop trolleys, turnkey networking infrastructure, high-performance laptops, book scanners and LED televisions for implementation of HMIS at PESSI Hospitals and digitalization of various government projects. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities shall submit electronic technical and financial bids along with the prescribed fixed bid security for each lot. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 18-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
