Security Services Outsourcing Framework Lcwu Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes outsourcing of security services for Lahore College for Women University under a framework agreement on a yearly basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors providing security and general services registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Bid security equal to 4% of the estimated annual cost shall be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 13-Aug-2026 at 10:30 AM and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days and successful bidders shall comply with minimum wage, PESSI, EOBI and applicable tax requirements.
