Hiring Of Travel Agency Under Closed Framework Agreement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes hiring of a travel agency for official travel arrangements under a closed framework agreement. Procurement shall be conducted through Request for Proposals without Negotiations using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible travel agencies registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority having valid NTN and PRA registration may participate. Bid security of PKR 200,000 is mandatory and bidding documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Bids shall be submitted by 17-Aug-2026 at 02:30 PM and opened on the same day at 03:00 PM.
