Medicines Surgical Disposables Framework Contract Depalpur Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items and Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items for the Chief Minister Dialysis Program for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible companies, firms, authorized distributors and suppliers possessing NTN, GST and valid Drug Sale Licence Form-9 Category-A for medicines and surgical disposables may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 12-Aug-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders shall quote discounts for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical disposable items separately.
