Procurement Of Electrical Material For Operation And Mainten Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electrical material for operation and maintenance works at Vehari Industrial Estate. Eligible suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of PKR 19,612, equal to 2% of the estimated cost, shall be provided in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued exclusively by the Bank of Punjab in favour of PIEDMC and submitted digitally through the e-Procurement portal. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or non-compliant bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: This procurement includes electrical materials, electrical maintenance supplies, power distribution components, electrical accessories, industrial electrical equipment and operation and maintenance materials for industrial estates.
