Special Repair Works For Government Residential Flats Tender Notice
Description
Special repair works for government residential flats including Flat No. 39 Ghazali, Flat No. 24 Khushnuma and Flat No. 150 Khushnuma in GOR-IV Lahore. Procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System on item rate basis using approved DNIT. Eligible Pakistan Engineering Council registered contractors with the relevant specialization code shall submit electronic bids. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Cashier's Cheque shall be submitted before bid closing. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Online bids will be opened at the scheduled time in the presence of authorized representatives. Taxes shall be deducted as per applicable government rules.
