Procurement Of Wheat Straw Bhoosa Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 100,000 kilograms (2500 Mand) of wheat straw (Bhoosa) on FOR basis. Wheat straw shall be palatable, dry, clean, whitish in colour and fresh, produced through threshing with a thrasher. The estimated procurement value is PKR 3,000,000 with refundable bid security of PKR 60,000 equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically only through the PPRA e-Procurement portal. Original bid security shall be submitted before the closing time. Technical proposals will be opened electronically followed by financial proposals on the same day. Procurement procedures shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Pro Tip: This procurement relates to livestock feed, wheat straw, bhoosa, fodder supply, agricultural feed materials, forage products and bulk agricultural commodities for animal production facilities.
