Construction Of Government Girls Degree College Building Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Government Girls Degree College at Batkhela under ADP No. 829/250289 (2026-27). Electronic bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible PEC registered contractors of the required category shall submit separate technical and financial bids. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost and tender fee at 0.03% of the estimated cost including stamp duty are required. Contractors shall upload technical proposals, financial securities and required documents through EPADS, while original call deposit and tender fee shall reach the office before the closing date. An affidavit confirming the authenticity of the CDR shall be included in the technical proposal. Electronic bidding shall follow the Above/Below system based on the applicable MRS and Engineer's Estimate. Interested bidders must be registered with KPRA. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03-08-2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer. Bid documents are available from EPADS, the C&W website and KPPRA website, while complete documents may also be obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Technical and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
