Procurement Of Myo Electric Prosthesis And Bionic Devices Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of myo-electric prosthesis including bionic devices and fitting for above elbow and below elbow beneficiaries under ADP Schemes 1549-240140 and 1533-240264 for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement is divided into Merged Areas and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa packages with estimated costs of PKR 55,000,000 and PKR 112,900,000 respectively. Bid securities of PKR 1,100,000 and PKR 2,300,000 are required. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Manufacturers, importers and authorized dealers shall upload separate technical and financial bids through EPADS. Original financial bids together with original bid security shall be submitted on the opening day. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial evaluation. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-08-2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through EPADS by the closing time and technical bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
