Government Vehicle Repair Maintenance Spare Parts Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Government registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors for repair, maintenance and supply of spare parts for Government vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes by 12:00 PM on the closing date and will be opened at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents may be obtained from the Accounts Section of the Information Department from 03 August 2026 during office hours. Bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order amounting to 200000.00 in favour of the Deputy Secretary Information is mandatory. Only registered firms having their own workshop and qualified technical staff, with a complete operational setup and an agent in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, are eligible. Bidders must submit an attested bank statement for the year 2025-2026 showing a minimum balance of Rs.1000000.00, a minimum of five years relevant experience, registration certificate, non-blacklisting certificate and other required documents. Prices shall include all applicable taxes and customs duties. Rates for items not listed in the prescribed schedule shall be determined according to prevailing market rates. Unrealistic, conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected.
