Agriculture Equipment Stationery Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Sealed quotations are invited from experienced firms and suppliers for repair and maintenance of vehicles, transport and agricultural machinery, office stationery, generic consumable materials, agricultural tools, office equipment, office supplies, miscellaneous items and repair of office equipment. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 3% of the offered price is required. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Bid opening is scheduled for 10:30 AM.
