Supply Of Patient Ration And Lpg Gas Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of fresh and dry ration for patients and LPG gas for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 23.7 million for fresh and dry patient ration and Rs. 2.5 million for LPG gas. Bidding shall be conducted under AJK PPRA Rules through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate sealed technical and financial proposals clearly marked on the envelopes. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Timely postal bids shall also be opened. Only bidders qualifying the technical evaluation shall proceed to further evaluation. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft is mandatory in the name of the Commandant Medical Superintendent. The required call deposit is Rs. 500,000 for patient ration and Rs. 50,000 for LPG gas. Participating firms must submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by the Government of Pakistan, Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or any government or semi-government organization. Rates for LPG gas shall be quoted per kilogram and rates for other items per litre or kilogram as applicable, remaining valid for the entire contract period. Applicable taxes shall be deducted as per law. The successful bidder shall supply patient ration up to 30 June 2027. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under applicable procurement rules.
