Procurement Of Miscellaneous Goods Equipment And Support Ser Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on framework contract basis for the Financial Year 2026-27 includes miscellaneous items, dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties, hot and cold items including ice and coal, transport items, lubricants, stationery items, computer stationery, printing items, miscellaneous registers and files, plant and machinery items, furniture and fixtures, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of furniture, IT equipment and computer hardware. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Bids shall be submitted lot-wise for the complete lot and uploaded electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day, while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a notified date. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by BOP must be submitted before the e-bid deadline and a PDF copy uploaded with the technical bid. Performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value issued by BOP is required from the successful bidder. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
