Prequalification is invited for firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers for the Financial Year 2026-27 under an open framework agreement covering Construction, Renovation, Repair and Maintenance of buildings and allied civil works, supply of IT equipment with repair and maintenance services, supply of machinery and electrical equipment with repair and maintenance services, supply of food and food items, supply of furniture and fixtures with repair and maintenance services, supply of stationery, non-stationery and miscellaneous items, repair and maintenance of transport and vehicles, event management services, and design, development, deployment and maintenance of an Integrated Special Education Management Information System (SEMIS). Applicants must be registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or PEC as applicable and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Interested firms may apply for one or more lots. A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 for each applied lot in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR is mandatory and the original instrument must reach the office before the closing date and time. Applications shall be submitted manually and will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day in the presence of applicants who wish to attend. The framework agreement is intended for on-demand execution of the listed lots on pre-agreed terms and conditions.
