Construction Of Security Fencing Wall Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes construction of a new fencing wall for protection of the SAPTL and oil installation area. The scope of work includes excavation for foundations, provision and fixing of reinforced cement concrete precast columns, laying of concrete, installation of PVC coated chain link fencing and installation of concertina or razor wire. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS Version 2.0 under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with specialized code CE-10, registered with FBR and SRB, satisfy the prescribed financial eligibility criteria and submit bid security of Rs. 200,000 together with the prescribed non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Electronic bids shall be opened on the scheduled date and time.
