Prequalification Repair Maintenance Services Framework Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification is invited under a Framework Agreement for repair and maintenance of official vehicles, furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment, computer hardware and software, miscellaneous items and building structures for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under Rules 15 and 16 read with Rule 42(a) and (b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible firms, workshops and vendors must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Applicants shall submit applications together with bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Demand Draft in accordance with the prequalification documents. Applications will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day. During the framework agreement period, only prequalified firms shall be invited to submit quotations whenever repair and maintenance services are required.
