Construction Of Boundary Wall Gate And Mosque Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works including a boundary wall and gate at Durrani Qabristan and construction of Farooq-e-Azam Mosque at Muhammad Zai. Sealed electronic tenders are invited under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure from eligible government contractors enlisted with the Local Council Board and KPPRA. Bids shall be submitted through the EPADS system together with mandatory electronic documents including bid security, additional security where applicable, signed BOQ, BSD, enlistment certificates, tax registration and PEC licence where required. Original bid security and detailed rate analysis where applicable must be delivered before the deadline. Bids shall be processed under the Above/Below System based on MRS-2021. Bid security is 2% with additional security requirements for bids below the engineer estimate. Work orders will be issued subject to availability of funds.
