Supply Of Office Stationery Pantry And Cleaning Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of office stationery, paper, files, registers, envelopes, calculators, pantry items including tea, coffee, sugar, dry milk, snacks and sandwiches, together with cleaning and housekeeping materials including tissue products, glass cleaner, dishwashing products, mops, phenyl, dustbins, air fresheners and related consumables for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical proposals shall include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost and successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Rates shall remain valid until 30th June 2027 and items shall be supplied on an as-required basis.
