Renovation Works At Bank Branches Tender Notice
Description
Renovation works at Pasrur Road Daska Branch, Wah Cantt Branch and Sheikhupura Road Gujranwala Branch. Technical and financial bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from eligible contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids shall be submitted electronically and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System using 1Link or Bank Guarantee options. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory and prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Pro Tip: This procurement includes commercial building renovation, branch refurbishment, civil renovation, interior finishing, electrical renovation, maintenance works, office refurbishment and banking facility improvement projects.
