Pest Control Fumigation Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of pest control and fumigation services for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using single stage two envelope procedure. Firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities shall submit electronic bids. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in favour of the Medical Superintendent shall accompany the bid. Estimated cost is Rs. 2,500,000. Bidders shall quote prices inclusive of all applicable government taxes and duties. Bid opening will be held at 09:30 AM on the closing date. Pro Tip: This procurement includes pest control, fumigation services, insect control, rodent control, sanitation services, hospital disinfection and facility hygiene management under an annual outsourcing contract.
