400 Kva Transformer Installation Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a 400 KVA transformer including installation, earthing, transportation, loading and unloading, transformer pad and WAPDA standard 11KV D-Set for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities shall submit electronic bids. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 64,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted in favour of the Principal, Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, with the original submitted before bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers power transformers, electrical installation, transformer erection, earthing system, transformer foundation, electrical infrastructure, WAPDA standard equipment and power distribution systems.
