Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs and medicines for the financial year 2026-27 on free delivery at consignee end basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be opened on the same day after submission. Bid security equal to 0.5% of the estimated cost is required and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required.
