Miscellaneous Supplies Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under a framework contract for miscellaneous stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication items, other store items, beds and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, dietary and meal items, electronic, electrical, sanitary and cleaning items, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, furniture and fixtures, government vehicle spare parts, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair, hardware services and repair, and office, residential and other building maintenance. Open competitive bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each lot. Performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Bid opening will take place after the submission deadline.
