Description
Procurement of hard drives for servers and video conferencing equipment through EPADS v2.0. Procurement shall be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with the Least Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened on the same day. Manual submissions shall not be entertained.
