Human Resource Security Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for provision of human resource and security services on an as and when required basis including drivers of smog trucks and mobile workshops, smog cannon operators, smog cannon helpers, motor vehicle mechanics, smog cannon technicians, IT monitoring officers, supervisors for smog cannons and security guards. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Joint ventures and consortiums are allowed. Bidders shall quote all resources within each lot and partial or conditional bids shall be rejected. Electronic bids shall comprise separate Technical and Financial proposals and be accompanied by digital bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
