Framework Contract Goods Services Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing, uniforms, protective clothing, training materials, investigation kits, medicines, electronic communication equipment, advertising services, road safety items, machinery, computer hardware, software, information technology equipment, furniture, lubricants, vehicle filters, transport repairs, exhibitions, machinery repairs, software and hardware repairs, furniture repairs and office building repairs for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost and opened electronically. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value. This framework procurement supports operational supplies, maintenance services, information technology, transport support, office infrastructure and public safety operations.
