Description
Purchase commercial land for office establishment in Abbottabad, Bannu, Pabbi, Gumbat, Razzar and Parova according to the specified location boundaries and land size requirements. The procurement is for non-consultancy services under a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals shall include ownership documents, CNIC, undertaking, land photographs and representative authority where applicable. Financial proposals shall include owner consent with per marla rates and measurements, inclusive of all taxes.
