Execute framework contracts for repair of manholes, RCC slabs, drains, MS gratings, street lights, panaflex, office stationery, provision and fixing of manhole safety nets, and repair, refixing and painting of kerb stones, green belts and median roads. The procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted only. Bid security equal to five percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee using PSID and SWIFT MT760. Physical bid securities shall not be accepted. Successful bidders shall furnish performance security equal to five percent of the contract price. Financial bids shall contain unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand totals. Bid opening will take place at 01:30 PM.
