Procurement Of Air Conditioners Plastic Pallets Deep Freezer Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of floor mounted cabinet type air conditioners, blue prime plastic pallets, double door deep freezers and dehumidifiers for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value shall be submitted through Bank of Punjab instruments and PSID, with the original bid security delivered before 11:00 AM on the closing date. Performance guarantee shall be submitted through Bank of Punjab by the successful bidder. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
