Description

Provide operational services at an airport facility under a service level agreement for a period of two years extendable by mutual consent for an additional six months ensuring operational support and service continuity at airport premises. Procurement will follow a single stage two envelope least cost based selection procedure conducted through the electronic procurement portal. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically in accordance with public procurement rules and e procurement regulations and upload required documents on the portal while the original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the time of bid opening. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors or operators with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and possess valid NTN registration. A non refundable bidding document fee must be deposited before participation and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
